Charity and Ladies’ Nights
If you are a registered charity or you are using your ladies night to raise money for the Master’s chosen charity then SWP Event Photography can help you leverage even larger donations from your guests. Prices for the prints will be increased slightly and the difference paid to you as a donation from SWP Event Photography. The team accept credit and debit cards so the cash in people’s pockets ear-marked for donations during the evening won’t be affected.
As a guide for charity functions we generally price as follows
- A 6″ x 9″ mounted print is £12 with a donation of £2 per print sale going to your charity
- 3 6″ x 9″ mounted prints are £30 with a donation of £5 going to your charity
- A digital copy of the image(s) on USB stick is £30 with a £5 donation going to your charity
SWP attend charity events for FREE. There is no charge to you the organiser.
What we need to know
Ideally the best thing is to meet you at your event venue. We need to work out where the best place is for our portable studio, taking into account what is going on around us, where the power supply is and when we can gain access to set up.
