Weddings

This service is great fun at a wedding, giving your guests a real chance to let their hair down and have a giggle. It’s not often that the guests at your wedding will all have their smart togs on and all be in the same place at the same time – what a great opportunity for them to get a family photo! Some companies offer a photo booth, at SWP we supply a professional photographer to help get your guests best side! Coupled with large screen instant viewing and printing we think it’s a far better formula for success than an automated photobooth.

SWP can attend your wedding for 3 hours with their portable studio at a cost of £395  for weddings of less than 100 guests or £250 for weddings with more than 100 guests.  

 For both this inludes:

  • The bride and groom receive a copy of all images with themselves in as 6” by 4” prints to be collected on the night.
  • In addition to the 6” by 4” inch prints the bride and groom choose 6 prints which will be printed as 6”by 9”, again these will be printed on the night.
  • A USB stick containing of all the images the bride and groom appear in, again collectable on the evening.
  • Prints available for your guests to purchase on the night.  Prints are 6” by 9 ” and are mounted. They cost £10 for 1 or 3 for £25. We do accept credit and debit cards.

Depending on timings, our photographer can capture the cutting of the cake and the first dance, one print of each will be included in the 6”by 4” prints.

 After the big day there is  the opportunity to purchase canvas prints, acrylics or frames for your pictures.  We also offer a range of albums to choose from.  

Alternatively if you would like to give your guests a print as a wedding favour so they don’t have to pay for the prints themselves please contact us for prices.  A  great idea for wedding favours with a difference!

If you have booked Stefan Whatcott Photography to capture your day it can be booked as an add on package at no additional cost to you. Guests have the opportunity to purchase images at £10 per 6″ by 9″ per print, or 3 for £25.  You then get the pick of the images for your album to compliment the images captured during the rest of the day. The images are also available for guests to purchase on line after the event.
