Congratulations to all the award winners at the Hilton Metropole’s Colleague Awards Dinner, NEC Birmingham. We had a great time taking loads of pictures! Pony Club Ball
What a great event to attend! The West Warwickshire Pony Club certainly know how to have a good time! Held at the Weatheroak Hall, Kings Norton Golf Club, Birmingham, the guests were all ages which made it a very different event to photograph. The youngest members had such great fun and many of them picked up a prize for their horsemanship. We took some great photos and stayed very late! We raised a further £87.00 to add to the rest of the money already raised for the Warwickshire Air Ambulance. Have a look at our facebook page for a few more photos. How can we help you out for your prom or leavers ball?
Prom Photography
Book your prom and receive 2 vouchers for photographs to be printed on the night, these make great prizes for prom queen and king or students who look the best on the night.
The photographer at SWP is Stefan Whatcott, an experienced photographer. With a background as a cameraman for shows like MI High, Hollyoaks and Dream Team he is used to bringing out the best in people when they are posing. He is used to dealing with lots of people in event photography, taking pictures at large balls, weddings and charity evenings.
What you need to know
- The cost of our pictures – you can buy a 9”x6” print for £10 or 3 for £25. Pictures can be viewed immediately and printed in seconds.
- Images are also available on a USB stick upon purchasing a print. These are priced at £15 and include the image on the print plus any of the images of the guest not chosen for printing.
- There is no charge for us attending your prom – we can be there from start to finish – there is no time limit.
- Pictures can also go onto a pass-worded gallery on our website for you and your guests to view and purchase after the event.
- If you are having prom prizes Stefan is happy to take pictures of the prize giving ceremony.
- We can supply you with leaflets to go with your invites so that parents know we will be there to take picture of the prom goers.
What we need to know
Ideally the best thing is to meet you at your prom venue. We need to work out where the best place is for our portable studio, taking into account what is going on around us, where the power supply is and when we can gain access to set up.

How can we help your corporate event?
We can provide event photography services across the whole of the country for conferences, awards, team building days, dinners and parties.
We can either provide you with a quote based on an hourly service or a per print service. Using the pre-agreed per print service you will know exactly what the figure will be on your invoice at the end of the day. Either way we can cover your day for you and your guests can walk away at the end of the event with a momento of their day.
Our team will liase closely with your team so that they fully understand your requirements and we can help make your event run smoothly. Images are printed on site so that you don’t have the headache of sending them on to your delegates later.
The images from your day can be put on our website so that you delegates can view them at their leisure later and of course you’ll get a copy of all of the images to help you promote next years event!
