Croome and West Warwickshire Hunt Ball
A great evening at the Stratford-upon-avon Holiday Inn, Warwickshire. Some of the ball goers were at the Pony Club ball we attended last weekend. Nice to see some friendly faces. We attended the Ledbury New Years Eve ‘Moulin Rouge’ Ball where despite the baltic temperatures most of the ladies in attendance turned out in their undies! Everyone seemed to have a great time. We stayed to see the new year in with the revellers but kept our clothes on! Have a look at our facebook page for a few more photos. You can purchase prints at our gallery site.
How can we help your charity event?
Event photography for your black tie event or theme night is usually free! This is dependent on how many guests you have and how far away from our closet photographer your event is.
What you need to know
- The cost of our pictures – you can buy a 9”x6” print for £10 or 3 for £25. Pictures can be viewed immediately and printed in seconds.
- Images are also available on a USB stick upon purchasing a print. These are priced at £15 and include the image on the print plus any of the images of the guest not chosen for printing.
- We can be there from start to finish – there is no time limit.
- SWP attend charity events for FREE. There is no charge to you the organiser. All we need is an area to set up our portable studio and a power supply and your guests can have high quality mounted prints instantly.
What we need to know
Ideally the best thing is to meet you at your event venue. We need to work out where the best place is for our portable studio, taking into account what is going on around us, where the power supply is and when we can gain access to set up.
