How can we help you on your wedding day?

This service is great fun at a wedding, giving your guests a real chance to let their hair down and have a giggle. It’s not often that the guests at your wedding will all have their smart togs on and all be in the same place at the same time – what a great opportunity for them to get a family photo! Some companies offer a photo booth, at SWP we supply a professional photographer to help get your guests best side! Coupled with large screen instant viewing and printing we think it’s a far better formula for success than an automated photobooth.

Booking SWP as an event photgrapher for your wedding can be done in one of two ways.

If you have booked Stefan Whatcott Photography to capture your day it can be booked as an add on package at no additional cost to you. Guests have the opportunity to purchase images at £10 per 6″ by 9″ per print, or 3 for £25. You then get the pick of the images for your album to compliment the images captured during the rest of the day. The images are also available for guests to purchase on line after the event.

As a stand alone service SWP can attend your wedding for 4 hours with their portable studio at a cost of £600. This includes

• a 6″x4″ print per image taken
• Images online afterwards so that your guests can get enlargements or order framed prints, canvases or acrylics
• Instant viewing of your images
• An assistant to print images off for your guests
• Images on disk

What we need to know

Ideally the best thing is to meet you at your reception venue. We need to work out where the best place is for our portable studio, taking into account what is going on around us, where the power supply is and when we can gain access to set up.
