The photographer at SWP is Stefan Whatcott, an experienced photographer. With a background as a cameraman for shows like MI High, Hollyoaks and Dream Team he is used to bringing out the best in people when they are posing. He is used to dealing with lots of people in event photography, taking pictures at large balls, weddings and charity evenings.

What you need to know

• The cost of our pictures – you can buy a 9”x6” print for £10 or 3 for £25. Pictures can be viewed immediately and printed in seconds.
• Images are also available on a USB stick upon purchasing a print. These are priced at £15 and include the image on the print plus any of the images of the guest not chosen for printing.
• There is no charge for us attending your prom – we can be there from start to finish – there is no time limit.
• Pictures can also go onto a pass-worded gallery on our website for you and your guests to view and purchase after the event.
• If you are having prom prizes Stefan is happy to take pictures of the prize giving ceremony.
• We can supply you with leaflets to go with your invites so that parents know we will be there to take picture of the prom goers.

What we need to know

Ideally the best thing is to meet you at your prom venue. We need to work out where the best place is for our portable studio, taking into account what is going on around us, where the power supply is and when we can gain access to set up.
