If you are having a Leaver’s Ball or Prom this summer and have not booked a photographer we still have some weekday dates avaliable – we are fully booked for Friday and weekend dates for July 2010 but are free for some dates in June. Call Olivia on 07944 845 747 to check avaliability and book.
Milverton PTA
We helped raise even more money for the Milverton PTA over the weekend. The Ball was held at the stunning “Restaurant in the park”, Leamington Spa. Everyone had a great time and was glad to be out without all the school children in tow! Kirsty Leahy of Touch FM breakfast show fame was there to help with the auction which seemed to be raising loads of money for the school. How can we help you out for your prom or leavers ball?
Prom Photography
Book your prom and receive 2 vouchers for photographs to be printed on the night, these make great prizes for prom queen and king or students who look the best on the night.
The photographer at SWP is Stefan Whatcott, an experienced photographer. With a background as a cameraman for shows like MI High, Hollyoaks and Dream Team he is used to bringing out the best in people when they are posing. He is used to dealing with lots of people in event photography, taking pictures at large balls, weddings and charity evenings.
What you need to know
- The cost of our pictures – you can buy a 9”x6” print for £10 or 3 for £25. Pictures can be viewed immediately and printed in seconds.
- Images are also available on a USB stick upon purchasing a print. These are priced at £15 and include the image on the print plus any of the images of the guest not chosen for printing.
- There is no charge for us attending your prom – we can be there from start to finish – there is no time limit.
- Pictures can also go onto a pass-worded gallery on our website for you and your guests to view and purchase after the event.
- If you are having prom prizes Stefan is happy to take pictures of the prize giving ceremony.
- We can supply you with leaflets to go with your invites so that parents know we will be there to take picture of the prom goers.
What we need to know
Ideally the best thing is to meet you at your prom venue. We need to work out where the best place is for our portable studio, taking into account what is going on around us, where the power supply is and when we can gain access to set up.

How can we help your charity event?
Event photography for your black tie event or theme night is usually free! This is dependent on how many guests you have and how far away from our closet photographer your event is.

- SWP attend charity events for FREE. There is no charge to you the organiser. All we need is an area to set up our portable studio and a power supply and your guests can have high quality mounted prints instantly.
